4. When installing, use the navigation cable for the corresponding host. When connecting male and female, they should be connected in the direction of the arrow to prevent damage to the pins. The joints should be covered with electrical tape to avoid loosening.
5. When wiring, separate the GPS antenna and the connecting wire from the power cord of the host. It is recommended that the GPS receiving antenna be placed outside the roof of the car, so that the signal is strong, and it can also be placed in the car. Generally it can be installed on the front windshield At the bottom right, fix it with 3M double-sided tape.
6. When installing the receiving antenna, it must be placed horizontally, facing the sky, so that it can receive the signal better. Some cars are equipped with explosion-proof film, which will reduce the reception of GPS signals. It can be cut off at the top of the antenna. Block explosion-proof film to reduce the influence on the received signal.
7. After the installation is complete, debug the navigation. If the GPS satellite positioning is successful, the system will have a prompt tone and the screen will display the signal strength.
