Our products have undergone strict functional tests and aging tests before leaving the factory to ensure that each product is delivered to customers in good condition. The testing process strictly follows international or national standards such as TUV, CE, CCC, etc., and has been recognized by relevant agencies. All product users can enjoy the free product replacement service we provide you with limited conditions within one month from the date of purchase.

Free product replacement service regulations are as follows

1. Products with performance failures in normal use within one month from the date of purchase;

2. Damage caused by non-human factors without dismantling and repairing without permission;

3. The appearance is not damaged, and the warranty is intact;

4. Have a valid purchase certificate (invoice and receipt) and warranty card;


Precautions for free replacement

1. All products that need to be replaced must be delivered by the customer to the original place of purchase, customer service centers and product authorized repair centers throughout the company;

2. All products that need to be replaced must be checked by the customer service and technical personnel to see if they meet the replacement conditions, and an explanation will be given to the customer;

3. The product replacement service is limited to the replacement of the host of the same model product. Other accessories (including packaging materials, color boxes, manuals, various wires, etc.) are not within the scope of replacement.

4. Appropriate fees will be charged for products that are damaged or stained but meet the replacement conditions.

5. If the customer fails to replace the new machine in time because there is no local stock of the same model product, the customer service staff will negotiate the replacement time with the customer, and the replacement service time limit will be postponed. If the customer does not negotiate the replacement time with the customer service staff and takes the original machine away, it will be deemed that the customer has automatically given up the replacement service.

6. The replaced product, from the date of replacement, also enjoys the same free replacement service.

7. If there is no additional explanation, all products sold at special prices and products upgraded from old models are not covered by the free replacement service.

The following conditions will not be within the scope of the free replacement service

1. The equipment is damaged due to improper operation;

2. Improper use environment or conditions, such as power supply, ambient temperature, humidity, lightning strikes, etc. that cause equipment damage;

3. Inevitable factors, such as equipment damage caused by natural disasters and safety accidents.

4. Equipment damage caused by installation or maintenance by personnel not authorized by Solixin.

5. Products sold for more than 1 month.

The above regulations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
